Quick answers about working with us as your registered NDIS provider in Brisbane.
Yes. Royalty Healthcare is a fully registered NDIS provider, certified by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We meet every NDIS Practice Standard, our staff are screened with NDIS Worker Screening Checks, and our services can be used with NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed plans.
We offer a full range of NDIS support services from one Brisbane team — Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation (STA) and respite care, mental health support, community participation, life skills development, nursing services, and positive behaviour support. Whatever combination your plan funds, we can deliver it without you needing to coordinate multiple providers.
Yes. Our team includes nurses, behaviour support practitioners, and support workers trained in high-intensity care. We deliver complex bowel care, enteral feeding, catheter care, seizure support, behaviour support plans, and 24/7 supports for participants whose plans fund it. Every complex care plan is built in consultation with your treating clinicians.
Yes, we offer SIL options in safe, modern homes with 24/7 support across Brisbane and South-East Queensland. Visit our SIL Brisbane page to see what’s available.
Yes. Our team includes registered nurses, behaviour support practitioners, and support workers trained in high-intensity NDIS care. We deliver complex bowel care, enteral feeding, catheter care, tracheostomy support, seizure management, behaviour support plans, and 24/7 supports — all in line with your treating clinicians’ instructions and the NDIS Practice Standards. If your plan funds complex care, we can deliver it.
Yes — and we move quickly. If you or a loved one is being discharged from hospital and needs NDIS supports in place, our intake team can coordinate with hospital social workers and discharge planners to set up supports within 3–5 business days for most situations. We work with all major Brisbane hospitals and can arrange in-home supports, nursing care, or SIL placement depending on your needs and plan funding.
Call us directly on 1800 467 692 or email info@royaltyhealthcare.com.au with the participant’s details (with their consent), discharge date, and clinical handover requirements. Our intake team will respond within one business day, coordinate with your discharge planning team, and set up a participant meeting before discharge wherever possible. We’re happy to attend hospital case conferences if that helps.
Three things, really. First, all our services are delivered by one team — your support workers, coordinators, nurses, and behaviour support practitioners actually know each other and know you. Second, we’re fully registered, fully insured, and meet every NDIS Practice Standard — your funding is protected. Third, we genuinely listen — every plan is built around the person, not the paperwork. And we’re locally based in Strathpine, so we’re never far away.
Every Royalty Healthcare support worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check. Before working with participants, they complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module, our internal induction, and role-specific training in areas like manual handling, medication, and trauma-informed care. Ongoing training is mandatory — not optional.
Easily and seriously. You can raise a concern directly with your coordinator, by phone, by email, or anonymously through our feedback form. All complaints are documented, escalated to our service manager, and resolved within agreed timeframes — and you always have the right to escalate to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Your feedback genuinely shapes how we operate.
Absolutely, and we make it easy. You’re free to change NDIS providers at any time — your funding stays with you, not with your current provider. We’ll guide you through the service agreement process, coordinate the transition with your support coordinator, and start supports as soon as you’re ready. No awkward conversations needed; we handle the paperwork.
Visit our contact page or call us directly on 1800 467 692. Our intake team will guide you through the process — whether you’re self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed.
